| I bought this from my yoga teacher's studio, and it is very good for sitting meditation. The smaller bolster section hinges out, to allow for a shallower seat. If you sit on the bolster section and let your legs and feet rest on the longer seat, you will appreciate the extra cushioning when sitting for a long period of time, and avoid the ankle bruising you'd get if you had them on a bare floor. It's also a wonderful seat to hold the space if you are teaching meditation or a Kundalini yoga class. |

| This meditation cushion is very nice. Besides having a unique design, it has a higher bolster to keep you comfortable for longer periods. The filling is kapok, nice and firm. |
