YogaAccessories™ Pranayama Cotton Yoga Bolsters provide perfect support for many yoga postures. Designed to support the length of the spine, this bolster facilitates gentle expansion of the lungs to facilitate deeper breathing. You will find that this bolster is firm enough to provide full support, yet soft enough to be quite comfortable. The bolsters are stuffed with 100% cotton batting and are 25'' long by 3'' high by 6'' wide.

| I dare say this has everything you'd need out of a yoga bolster. It's strong and supportive, the perfect size, a reasonable price, and is made of a highly durable material. |

| I mostly use this bolster as support when I do straight legged stretches on the floor. I place the bolster lengthwise on my straight leg or legs and after a flat backed stretch over my leg, I allow my upper body to rest on the bolster, nicely supported and without strain. I use it as a bolster under my hips for staff pose since my hamstrings are tight and it allows me to bend deeper and differently than without. I also lie on my belly with the bolster under my hips and use it as an assist for bow pose and that works great and feels wonderful. |

This bolster has soft outer fabric, it is firm, and the right size.

For the cost this has been another great addition to my yoga studio.
