This is a set of one Zafu and one Zabuton meditation cushion made of durable cotton twill fabric. The round Zafu meditation cushion is filled with Buckwheat Hulls (small grain-like hulls). The Buckwheat Hulls easily conform to the shape of your body and offer a grounded feeling. The Buckwheat Hull Zafu has a zippered opening that allows you to adjust the level of hulls to your comfort. The Zafu has a built-in carry handle for transporting the cushion. The Zabuton is filled with 3 inches of cotton batting that is tufted in five places to prevent movement and bunching up of the batting. The fill materials are contained directly in the Cotton Twill Fabric. The fabric in not removable, but can easily be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent. This Zafu & Zabuton Set creates a comfortable sitting place for meditation and is popular with meditators all over the world. This set is well made and does what it is made for quite sufficiently, however I do have one gripe. Why on earth would someone put such obnoxious tags on a zabuton and zafu. At least they could make them easily removable.
